MY PASSWORD
1. How can I get a password for the catalogue website?
Requesting and receiving your password is easy. Just follow the steps below:
- Go to the website listed in your exhibitor manual (it will begin with www.itp.com/catalogues)
- Click on the event name or the show logo
- Complete the fields in the section titled “Request a password for your FREE catalogue entry”
- Click Submit
Login details will be emailed to you once we confirm your company’s participation in the exhibition. We handle these requests Sunday through Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm, UAE time.
2. I’ve requested my password. Why haven’t I received it?
There are a number of possible reasons for the delay:
- You haven’t requested a password on the official catalogue site. Please see the instructions under “How can I get a password for the catalogue website?”
- We approve password requests Sunday through Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm, UAE time. If you’ve requested your login outside of these hours there will be a delay in processing your information.
- Your company name may not be on the official exhibitor list. In this case we must first verify with the organizers that you are indeed participating before we can process your request. If you are not certain about your exhibiting status, please contact the show organizer.
- Your login details may have been sent to your Junk Mail folder. To avoid this, please put catalogues@itp.com on your Safe/Not Junk list.
- You may have requested your password using a different email address. Be sure to check all of your email accounts for the information.
- Someone else in your company may have already requested and received a password, in which case we will not issue a duplicate. Please ask your associates if this is the case.
- You may have requested a password under a Company Name that is different than what appears on the official exhibitor list. If that’s the case then your request has been delayed because we are verifying your participation with the organizers. You can speed up the process by notifying us of this situation.
If you have checked all of the above and still cannot determine why you haven’t received a password, please send an email to
catalogues@itp.com and we will look into it and get back to you. Please do not send multiple password requests.
3. I’ve typed in my password but I keep getting an error message. What’s going on?
In addition to the ITP catalogue website, exhibition organizers may also offer you another website which you can use to order badges and make other arrangements for your stand. This means you may need more than one set of login details to finalize all aspects of your presence at the event. Use the following checklist to determine if you are using the right passwords to access the catalogue website:
- What is the format of your login details? To access the ITP catalogue website, your Account ID will be a series of five numbers (such as “12345”) and your password will be alphanumeric (for example, “a678bc”). If you are attempting to use alphanumeric characters in your Account ID (like “bluebird46”), then you are not using the correct login information for the ITP Catalogue website.
- How did you receive your login information? If you requested a password via the ITP catalogue website, then you should have received your details from catalogues@itp.com. If you received your login details through a third party (such as a pavilion organizer), please contact them to clarify which site you should be using.
- Are you on the right website? If you are trying to update your catalogue entry then the URL you are using should begin with www.itp.com/catalogues. If you are trying to order badges or furniture for your stand, please contact the show organizer for the appropriate website. Again, the login details issued for the catalogue will only work on the catalogue website.

4. Help! I’ve lost my password! How can I get it back?
- Go to the website listed in your exhibitor manual (it will begin with www.itp.com/catalogues)
- Click on the event name or the show logo
- Type your email address in the section titled “Misplaced or forgotten login details.” Please make sure that this is the same address that you originally used to request the password, as you will receive an error message if you use a different address.

MY PROFILE
1. Can I upload a picture or logo to accompany my profile in the catalogue?
No. We do not include pictures or logos alongside company profiles in the catalogue, nor is there an upload option on our website. However, if you are interested in advertising please click here for more information.
2. When I click submit I am getting an error message that says something about only entering numeric characters. What does this mean?
You have probably tried to enter something other than numbers in either the Telephone or Fax fields (for example, plus signs, spaces, dashes or parentheses). Go back to the appropriate fields and re-enter the information as numbers only.
3. I offer many more products than the limit on the website. Can I just send you an email or fax with the additional information?
The number of possible products is determined by the show organizer and cannot be increased. Please follow the guidelines on the website.
4. Do I have to submit my information on the website? Can I email or fax my information for the catalogue instead?
All company profiles that appear in the catalogue must be submitted via the website. In other words, we cannot accept information sent via email or fax.
5. I was an exhibitor last year. Can’t you just re-use the information I submitted previously?
Because each catalogue is created with a fresh database each year, all exhibitors need to re-enter their details to ensure their information continues to be accurate.
6. Why doesn’t my information appear on the official show website even though I completed it on the catalogue site?
All information submitted on the catalogue website will appear exclusively in the show catalogue. ITP does not publish these details online. You will need to contact the show organizer for information about posting your details on their official site.
THE DEADLINE
1. I’ve just tried to log in to the website but I had a message saying that the website is closed. Can I send my information to you via email?
Once the site is closed we are unable to accept any further information. However, if your company is on the official exhibitor list then it will be listed in the A-Z Index.
